Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. You must confirm your design and order details before your order can be processed
Step 3
Once your order has been processed and completed, you will receive email updates on how to collect your order or you will receive delivery tracking information

What are your your processing times?
Our processing times vary depending on product and available stock. Bespoke items take a little longer due to being hand-made and designed from scratch. Our normal processing times are 1-5 business days and 1-3 weeks for bespoke items. If you need your order for a specific date we can try our best to accommdate this for you, please ensure you contact us prior to ordering.
What's your delivery cost?
We offer delivery throughout the UK or FREE collection from S64. Our delivery courier is Evri.
Small parcels - upto 1kg £3 standard delivery 2-4 working days. Next day £3.80.
Medium parcels - between 1-2kg £4.50 standard delivery 2-4 working days. Next day £5.20
Large parcels - upto 5kg £5.80 standard delivery 2-4 working days. Next day £6.80
What are your collection times?
Our collection days are Monday to Friday. Upon placing your order we will send you our full address to LOVE&LOLA (S64 8FG). We are not able to offer Saturday/Sundays for collection days. always ensure you message prior to collecting your parcel, as on some occasions we may not be available.

Gift wrapping & vouchers
Our gift wrapping service includes: Box or bag with logo, individually tissue wrapped garments, shredded tissue, tied with ribbon and completed with a gift note all for just £3
